Executive search

Executive Search is the method, which we use in the majority of our recruitment assignments.
It is extremely well suited to situations where the need exists to find candidates who have specific background in a relatively narrow sector - as is often the case with positions, which our clients ask us to fill.

Executive search offers important benefits in precise targeting of the most suitable candidates and the possibility to handle the assignment with an extremely high degree of confidentiality.

Other means of locating candidates, such as advertising or database search, often do not produce the necessary results, because the candidates in whom you are most interested are often not actively seeking a new job, and therefore not scanning the job ads or registering with job boards.

Such candidates frequently respond positively however when approached in a professional and sensitive manner.

After initial briefing and agreement to our proposals, we carry out careful research to identify target companies and the appropriate individuals to whom we make direct approaches.

These approaches are made with great discretion and care to avoid embarrassment to candidates.

After these initial approaches we will obtain detailed background information from those individuals who express interest and they will be interviewed to confirm experience, qualifications and the other attributes necessary to meet our client's requirements. At this interview candidates are normally given detailed briefing on the client company and the position for which they are under consideration.
